3.5t Van Driver & Goods In - Cheltenham

Shift Pattern: Days, Monday to Friday

Type: Temporary to Permanent Contract

Pay: 12.50-13 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Van Driver & Goods Inwards Operative to join our team. This is a varied role involving inter-site deliveries between locations in Bishops Cleeve, Tewkesbury, and Staverton, as well as providing support to the Goods Inwards team.

You'll play a key part in ensuring the safe and timely movement of goods between our sites and supporting daily operations in our warehouse and goods receiving departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a company van between our local sites to transport materials and goods.
• Support the Goods Inwards team with unloading deliveries, checking stock, and updating records.
• Ensure all goods are handled with care and stored safely upon arrival.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Complete basic documentation and follow company procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points).
• Previous experience in a driving or warehouse role preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
