What youll be doing:Working across prep & cook line.
Delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient.
Supporting your team during busy services.
Learning Japanese & Korean techniques, sauces and trending dishes.
£15£16 per hour (base + tips)*.
48 or 40 hours per week available.
Staff meals.
A respectful, positive kitchen culture no shouting, no egos.
Systems-led business operation using digital tools for HR, inventory, and food safety management.
Experience in a busy kitchen (any cuisine).
A strong communicator and team player.
Someone reliable, calm and organised.
