Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

2 years of Senior Sous Chef/Head Chef experience within fresh food restaurants
A passion for ingredients, food trends and flavours
Friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
A real team player who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
