This company have been established for upwards of a century, working to supply specialist manufactured products to a range of industries. They have a global presence and have multiple UK sites, each renowned for staff retention and development, and due to their continued success and growth they are looking to expand their R&D team.

In this broad and interesting role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle of product development from initial conception to launch and beyond, where you will work as part of a close knit team to develop processes, laboratory and machine based programs to develop new products working collaboratively with all aspects of the business throughout the scope of the product lifecycle.

This role would suit someone from an R&D, Chemistry, NPD or similar background looking to join an incredibly staff oriented business, where you can showcase your skillset and continue your development all whilst ensuring you keep a good work life balance as part of a close knit team of experts.

The Role:
*Collaboration with internal teams to develop new products for existing markets
*Develop, plan, execute and evaluate processes and experiments to assist in product development
*Internal training and development

The Person:
*Background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, New Product Development, R&D, Material Science or similar.
*Inquisitive and looking for development and training opportunities
*Full UK Drivers License
