Sales & Customer Service Executive

Cheltenham

£24,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + bonuses

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm and Friday 2:00pm finish

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a technical or industrial environment?

Seeking a customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company known for its innovation in the industry. You will be the first point of contact for customer playing a vital part in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Follow up on quotes and compile performance reports.
  • Identify and approach prospective customers through targeted market research.
  • Effectively present and promote company products and services, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management on tailored customer requirements and supplier pricing negotiations.
  • Follow up on quotes and compile reports.
  • Accurately process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries swiftly and professionally.
  • Utilize the CRM system efficiently to support daily activities.

The person:

  • UK driving licence
  • Background in industrial, engineering, or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with industrial lubricants and Sage 50 (desirable)
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation (2–5 years’ experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Highly motivated and customer-focused
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets
