The Role:
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will:
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys across commercial, industrial and residential properties.
- Collect bulk samples and ensure accurate, high-quality reporting.
- Deliver detailed and professional survey reports in a timely manner.
- Engage with clients, tenants and management teams, representing the company professionally.
- Stay up to date with asbestos health & safety legislation and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- BOHS P402/RSPH3 certification (essential).
- A minimum of two years’ experience conducting asbestos surveys.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with TEAMS software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
