Responsibilities of a Fire Compliance Surveyor:
- Assessing the fire actions including doors, alarms and compartmentation
- Reviewing current and future FRAs
- Managing external contractors
- Supporting the safety team to ensure all procedures are followed and completed to a correct standard
Key skills needed for a Fire Compliance Surveyor:
- Background within fire safety/prevention
- Fire related qualifications
- Desirable for social housing experience
- Experience checking actions across a range of properties
