Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney are working with an award-winning premium manufacturing organisation in The Cotswolds. We are recruiting for a permanent Business Development Executive to join this successful and growing business, driven by a value led culture.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by building and maintaining strong relationships and requires an individual with a passion for building partnerships and networking. 

This is a full time, permanent position, offering a salary of £32,000 + quarterly paid performance bonus + attractive benefits, working 37.5 hours per week and based in their Bourton on the Water offices with UK wide travel.  Therefore a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Securing appointments 
  • Delivering presentations to high net worth individuals within their home settings
  • Attending architect events and build strong relationships with architects
  • Identify opportunities and bringing these leads into the business 
  • Develop and take ownership of networking contacts 
  • Remain up to date with the latest products and industry needs in order to meet customer needs

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in a business development role with a proven track record of identifying pursuing new business opportunities that result in a sale is essential
  • Previous experience in the architectural industry or built environment is essential 
  • Previous experience working in a premium or luxury brand is essential 
  • A results-driven "hunter" sales mentality with the ability to build and maintain long standing relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required 
  • Confidence with technical information is a must
