Working for this Insurance broker you will have the opportunity to work in a like minded team of sales consultants focusing on delivering excellent client experience whilst selling appropriate Insurance products. They are looking for additional professional and motivated Sales Executives with a background in sales either face-face or over the phone. Your experience will be from any sector as training will be provided however you will have a professional approach and a strong track record of success.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Services Consultant:

  • Telesales - calling clients to introduce Insurance products and ascertain which are most appropriate to the customer
  • Delivery of individual sales activity and performance against pre-agreed targets
  • Operate in full compliance with all industry regulations (training and support will be provided)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Able to discuss merits of products and match to the needs of the client
  • Excellent consultative telephone manor
  • Resilient and ambitious

My client is offering an annual salary of between £25,000 - 30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) and an OTE up to £75k
