Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to execute precise machining operations.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CNC milling machines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of CNC programs and machine settings.
Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for performing essential calculations.
- Proficiency with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools for machine setup and adjustments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
