Our Cheltenham based client is looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team. Thisrole will involve turning and milling aerospace components.
The role;
- Adhering to technical drawings/instructions/processes
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Setting and Operating CNC Machines (3/4/5 axis; Fanuc controls)
- Working to drawings and tight tolerances
Requirements;
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and documents
- Follow production, safety and quality procedures
- Must have experience in operating CNC Lathe & milling machines (3/4 /5 axis)
- A reliable, motivated individual looking for a permanent long term role.
- Good communication
- Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
- Understanding that as part of training and/or to meet business needs of the company, there may be a requirement to transfer to other divisions.
