Must Have’s
- Previous experience in site supervision in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Nice to have’s
- Experience working in the events industry
- Familiarity with refrigeration operations or similar equipment
- Forklift and/or telehandler licence (or willingness to complete training)
So what will you be doing?
- Delivering and installing refrigeration equipment at exhibitions, sporting events, and other major projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East
- Leading a team of contractors on-site, ensuring clear communication and health and safety compliance
- Acting as the point of contact for clients during projects, providing regular updates and resolving issues
- Managing the site to ensure all contractual obligations are met and reporting daily progress to your line manager
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and care for company vehicles and equipment
