Must Have’s

  • Previous experience in site supervision in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems
  • Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

Nice to have’s

  • Experience working in the events industry
  • Familiarity with refrigeration operations or similar equipment
  • Forklift and/or telehandler licence (or willingness to complete training)

So what will you be doing?

  • Delivering and installing refrigeration equipment at exhibitions, sporting events, and other major projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East
  • Leading a team of contractors on-site, ensuring clear communication and health and safety compliance
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients during projects, providing regular updates and resolving issues
  • Managing the site to ensure all contractual obligations are met and reporting daily progress to your line manager
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and care for company vehicles and equipment
