A global engineering leader is seeking a dynamic and driven Engineering Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-impact, multi-disciplinary projects. Proven track record of successful engineering project delivery and operational performance through multi-functional engineering teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance across assigned projects.
  • Apply New Product Introduction (NPI) policies & processes.
  • Be a role model for inclusive, cross-functional teamwork.
  • Collaborate with and contribute to the wider project management community.

Skills & Experience:

  • MS Project Online experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of change management and prioritisation
  • Skilled in working across matrix organisations
  • Great communicator and influencer
  • Constructive problem solver with a coaching leadership style
  • Builds strong internal/external relationships
  • Willing to challenge constructively where needed
