A global engineering leader is seeking a dynamic and driven Engineering Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-impact, multi-disciplinary projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the introduction of new products and systems within a forward-thinking, collaborative organisation.
Requirement:
Proven track record of successful engineering project delivery and operational performance through multi-functional engineering teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance across assigned projects.
- Apply New Product Introduction (NPI) policies & processes.
- Be a role model for inclusive, cross-functional teamwork.
- Collaborate with and contribute to the wider project management community.
Skills & Experience:
- MS Project Online experience preferred
- Strong understanding of change management and prioritisation
- Skilled in working across matrix organisations
- Great communicator and influencer
- Constructive problem solver with a coaching leadership style
- Builds strong internal/external relationships
- Willing to challenge constructively where needed
