A leading specialist contractor has an opportunity for a Head of Technical projects to join the team.
This role is to ensure the successful technical delivery of projects. This role involves coordinating with departments and stakeholders to oversee design implementation and commissioning. You will lead the planning and execution of live projects, ensuring the team understands project specifications and requirements. As the main technical point of contact, you will maintain strong relationships, providing clear communication and commercial awareness.
Projects are large M & E heavy technical projects building temperature-controlled buildings. In this role the successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services. You will have senior management experience with a strong background in delivering Data Centres or critical infrastructure industry.
The salary will include a car allowance and benefits package.
