The Role
We are seeking an experiencedHealth, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Managerto join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and maintaining HSE systems to ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and international industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of company health, safety, across the site
- Develop and maintain HSE procedures and drive their adoption across all teams.
- Ensure plant compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Continuously review and update HSE policies and risk assessments.
- Support the maintenance of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, and assist with ISO 45001 and ASI certifications.
- Provide HSE support and coaching to team members and management.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and track resolutions.
- Manage HSE data systems, records, and documentation.

Your Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:Experiencein health and safety roles, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity within manufacturing/engineering or industrial sectors.
- Communication Skills:Strong ability to communicate safety protocols clearly to staff at all levels.
- Analytical Skills:Ability to identify and assess safety risks through data analysis.
- Leadership:Proven capability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring safety compliance.
- Desired:
- Environmental qualification is beneficial.
- Experience managing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is desirable.
