Latham & Bond Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a nationally recognised organisation seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to support strategic hiring across digital, data, legal, and corporate functions. This is a hands-on position where youll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while contributing to wider improvement projects and future talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery:

  • Own full 360 recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas
  • Build and implement tailored attraction and selection strategies
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process

Stakeholder engagement:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce plans and resourcing needs
  • Provide insight on market trends and hiring challenges to inform strategy
  • Coach and upskill managers on recruitment best practices

Continuous improvement:

  • Track and report on recruitment performance and ROI of advertising sources
  • Lead and contribute to team improvement projects
  • Build pipelines of passive candidates and support diversity-focused outreach

Operational support:

  • Manage preboarding in partnership with HR
  • Ensure recruitment activity is legally compliant and aligned with company policy
  • Support the wider People team with resourcing policy review and implementation

Skills and Attributes:

  • In-house or technical agency recruitment experience across varied functions
  • Confidently managing multiple vacancies and priorities
  • Strong knowledge of attraction tools, including headhunting and digital platforms
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and selection frameworks
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving business outcomes
  • Understanding of employment law and best practice recruitment compliance
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring and enhancing external brand perception
  • Advantageous: experience in AI, Martech, or technical recruitment
