Credit Controller – ITS Cheltenham
Location: Cheltenham (Office-based) Parking Available
Hours: Full-time or Part-time considered (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

ITS Cheltenham is growing fast, and we’re looking for a proactive Credit Controller who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and get results. If you enjoy bringing order to chaos, keeping ledgers tight, and turning “we’ll pay next week” into actual payments, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

• Chasing outstanding invoices by phone and email
• Managing debtor ledgers with accuracy and attention to detail
• Allocating payments and maintaining up-to-date records
• Working closely with our consultants to resolve queries
• Identifying and escalating overdue accounts
• Supporting wider finance and credit control duties in a busy, friendly office

What we’re looking for

• Confident communicator – especially on the phone
• Previous credit control experience preferred
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Someone motivated, resilient, and ready to take ownership of their ledger
• A team player who thrives in a busy office environment
