Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and collaborative team in Cheltenham. This is a long-term temporary role with a minimum 3-month duration and the potential to extend.


Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, amend, and submit quotation documents, service specifications, tender applications, and service schedules
• Follow up on service quotes, tenders, and distribute marketing literature
• Support the growth of Commercial Service revenue by discussing contract options with clients
• Coordinate and schedule service visits, including third-party help desk dashboards
• Validate and invoice service and contract visits, ensuring accurate post-visit follow-up
• Handle incoming customer contacts to provide top-tier support
• Identify and pursue new service business opportunities
• Work collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, tracking project performance, and managing work-in-progress
