My Gloucestershire  based client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer  service. They have an opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator  to join their team on a full time temporary basis for the next 3 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support and updating the company records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the internal team to support processes
  • Taking customer calls and enquiries
  • Booking in repairs
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and email  in a timely and professional manner.
  • General administrative  support
  • Working with managers to ensure the resolution of services

Requirements:

  • Have good administration skills and good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Have excellent attention to detail to update records accurately
  • Good telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be happy to work in a reactive role
