This role involves working with young children to support their early development and learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote the development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and patient nature, with a passion for early childhood education.
