As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children across the curriculum, assisting with behaviour management, academic progress, and daily classroom routines. You'll play a vital role in helping pupils succeed both academically and emotionally.

- Mainstream Primary
- Daily pay: £85- £95 (dependent on experience)
- A valid enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply for one through Academics Ltd)
- Must provide references covering the last two years
- Full-time, term-time only position
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant role:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils who require additional help
- Assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Help pupils with special educational needs (SEN) access learning through tailored strategies
- Prepare learning materials and assist with general classroom administration
- Promote good behaviour and support the social and emotional wellbeing of pupils
