Key Responsibilities:As a Project & Commercial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's projects. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Processing incoming change requests and access forms, ensuring accuracy through collaboration with relevant departments.
- Assisting the Commercial team with reviewing Contractor Monthly Cost evidence, including Labour Timesheets and Material invoices.
- Supporting contractor queries regarding Fast draught and Change Control processes.
- Providing ad-hoc Fastdraft support and training to PM/QS teams, covering PMI, Compensation Events, and Early Warning Notices.
- Supporting regular contractual audit processes as needed.
- Maintaining accurate data logs and systems for contract management, primarily using SharePoint.
- Assisting the Customer Connections team with Purchase Order requisitions.
- Ordering PPE, mobile phones, and other necessities for team members using the in-house COUPA system.
- Offering general administrative support to the Customer Connections team when required.
- Arranging team events and meetings, taking meeting minutes and notes.
- Handling contractor communications and queries related to Fast draught/Change Control.
- Generating reports using Power BI and Fast draught as required.
What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Familiarity with online database systems such as Fast draught or similar systems.
- Strong Excel skills, with a keen focus on efficiency.
- Experience in pulling reports and creating trackers or Management Information reports to update teams.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and gather essential information.
- Experience handling Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting finance-related tasks.
- Strong collaborative skills, enabling effective teamwork across departments.
- Knowledge of governance practises for managing sensitive information.
