Electrician

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team, working on void properties, kitchens, and bathrooms within the social housing sector. This will be to cover Swindon, Cheltenham and Gloucester predominately. This is a permanent position with a respected contractor known for valuing and supporting its staff.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Carry out electrical installations, testing, repairs, and upgrades in void properties and occupied homes (kitchens and bathrooms).

• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards.

• Work both independently and as part of a wider team of tradespeople.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or paperwork.

Requirements of the Electrician:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

• 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (desirable).

• Experience in social housing or domestic property maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.
