Sonic Summary

An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Assembly Operative for a temporary to permanent position.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 12 noon.
Responsibilities include assembling and testing electrical sub-assemblies and completed systems, as well as using a tablet for documentation and communication.
The salary for this position is competitive, and relevant experience is required to qualify for the role.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Assembly Operative to join an established manufacturing business on a temporary to permanent basis.

Ideally you will have previous experience of either mechanical or electrical assembly.

Hours of work Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm Friday 7.30am - 12 noon

Responsibilities include;

To assemble and test electrical sub-assemblies.

To assemble and test completed systems.

To assemble parts issued from the stores.

To complete relevant and associated documentation.

To use a tablet to; access product work instructions (paperless system), attend Teams meetings, training, send/receive company emails.
