Temporary Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you an experienced recruiter with the ability to hit the ground running? We're working with a highly regarded professional services firm in Cheltenham who are looking for a Temporary Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide essential support during an extremely busy time for their team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll take the lead on a number of active recruitment campaigns and play a key role in the company's graduate recruitment programme. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment where your experience and adaptability will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment for a range of live permanent roles across the business

  • Screen CVs, arrange interviews and liaise with hiring managers to move processes forward quickly

  • Assist with shortlisting and first-stage screening for the graduate recruitment programme

  • Coordinate interviews and assessment processes

  • Write and post job adverts, maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS

  • Provide hands-on administrative support where needed - from arranging interviews to managing candidate communications

  • Ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process

About You:

  • Available to start immediately

  • Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency - ideally within professional services (but not essential)

  • Exposure to graduate recruitment would be a bonus

  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple roles at pace

  • Happy to support with both strategic and administrative recruitment tasks

  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills

  • Able to work from the Cheltenham office 3 days per week
