They seek an Executive PA to support a partner who spends much of his time travelling.

Key Responsibilities of Executive PA

  • Be the first point of contact for clients - managing communications and building strong relationships
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across the UK and internationally
  • Organise travel, transport, and accommodation with precision
  • Keep the partner on track with key deadlines and priorities
  • Prepare, type, and compile professional documents and correspondence
  • Maintain and improve administrative systems and filing structures
  • Liaise confidently with internal teams and external clients
  • Handle expenses, timesheets, and assist with light accounts duties

The candidate for Executive PA

  • Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role ideally in a professional services firm although you don’t need to be a legal secretary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office
  • Discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to deal directly with HNW clients
