Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for clients – managing communications and building strong relationships
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across the UK and internationally
  • Organise travel, transport, and accommodation with precision
  • Keep the executive on track with key deadlines and priorities
  • Prepare, type, and compile professional documents and correspondence
  • Maintain and improve administrative systems and filing structures
  • Liaise confidently with internal teams and external clients
  • Handle expenses, timesheets, and assist with light accounts duties
Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a natural organiser with a keen eye for detail and a calm, professional manner. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role
