The Role:

As a Senior Case Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases. Collaborating closely with senior directors and insolvency practitioners, you will be involved in all stages of case management, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and progressing a portfolio of insolvency cases from initiation to closure.
  • Assisting directors in implementing formal insolvency procedures.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as cashiering and record management.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, including solicitors and agents.
  • Engaging with creditors and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Conducting investigations, asset realisations, and supporting forensic projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to AML, ethical, and regulatory procedures.
