  • Our client, a leading Equity Release business, is seeking an experienced ER broker for a home/field-based role in the Worcester to Gloucester region.
  • The position offers a base salary of approximately £30,000, a car allowance of £5,500, and commissions with all leads and appointments provided.
  • Candidates should have experience as an ER broker with ER1 or Cerer qualifications, or be a successful mortgage broker with relevant qualifications.
  • This role includes full training and opportunities for pay raises upon signing off of CAS, with continuous pay reviews.
  • The company is currently busy and looking for someone to start immediately.

Our client is one of the leading Equity Release business in the country and they are currently looking for an experienced ER broker to join the team

This is a home/field based role covering the Worcester to Gloucester region and local regions although the majority of your appointments will be from home

Realistically anyone within this region would suit as many of your appointments are remote with occasional face to face

Employed circa £30000 base plus car allowance £5500 plus commissions all leads and appointments made for you

Pay rise on sign off of CAS

Continuous pay reviews

The market is picking up and this company is busy and therefore need someone to start immediately

You must be and experienced Broker with ER1 or Cerer or a successful mortgage broker who has gained the qualifications
