Audit Assistant Manager - CheltenhamSalary: £40,000 - £52,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, supporting team development, and building strong client relationships while working with a varied portfolio across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion

  • Managing and developing junior members of the audit team

  • Reviewing audit work and ensuring high standards of quality

  • Liaising directly with clients, building strong professional relationships

  • Assisting partners and senior managers with business development opportunities

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

  • At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment

  • Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
