Senior Administrator

We are seeking an ambitious, efficient, and conscientious Senior Administrator to provide essential support to our Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring our clients receive a high level of continuous service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supporting financial advisors, particularly within a financial adviser firm, and has exposure to the administration and support of new business and annual review processes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process applications via different provider platforms.
  • Maintain and update the database with relevant policy information.
  • Correspond with providers across the market concerning investment, pension, protection, and mortgage products.
  • Issue documents to clients and produce updated client reports.
  • Draft suitability reports for advisers.
  • Ensure all records are kept up to date and compliant.
  • Handle incoming queries and outgoing calls to other providers and clients.
  • Work closely with advisers on a 1:1 basis, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
  • Familiarity with products such as Mortgages, Protection, Investments, and Pensions is advantageous.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule:
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Work Location:
  • Hybrid remote in Cheltenham, GL50 (after a 6 months’ probation period) 3 days office, 2 days home working
