Are you an experienced paraplanner ready for your next move?
Juice Recruitment are partnering with a fantastic client to join their forward-thinking and dynamic company, to find a talented Paraplanner to join their collaborative team in central Cheltenham
DAY TO DAY:
- Prepare detailed, compliant, and technically accurate financial planning reports
- Conduct research across a range of financial planning areas including pensions, investments, IHT, and VCT/EIS
- Use tools such as FE Analytics for fund and portfolio analysis
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and third parties to support the advice process
- Maintain client records and workflows
- Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Collaborate closely with advisers, paraplanners, and administrators in a team-driven environment
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum); working towards Chartered (Level 6) is a big plus
- 2+ years’ experience in a paraplanning or similar financial services role
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, IHT planning, and tax-efficient products
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with technical, regulatory, and product-based information
- High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word), and experience with Intelligent Office or similar CRM
