Must Haves• Previous administrative experience• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office• Great communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Nice to Haves• Experience in sales administration or within a vehicle sales environment• Familiarity with vehicle transactions, DVLA regulations, or manufacturer processes• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
So what will you be doing?• Supporting the sales team by managing paperwork and maintaining accurate records• Generating and providing sales reports to management• Processing vehicle orders, monitoring availability, and updating systems• Recording and processing delivery information for new and used vehicles• Coordinating vehicle preparation and handling paperwork for payments and settlements• Ensuring compliance with DVLA and manufacturer guidelines• Maintaining high quality standards and adhering to company policies
