Must Haves

• Previous experience within a busy office environment
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• Great communication and task management abilities, and a fantastic telephone manner

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience within the motor trade would be helpful
• Knowledge of DVLA processes

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing vehicle orders and updating internal systems
• Managing paperwork and records for new and used vehicle sales
• Tracking delivery schedules and coordinating vehicle preparation
• Handling documentation for payments, part exchanges, and settlements
