Role Overview:

In this role, you will design and deliver innovative cloud-native solutions using AWS services and modern software engineering practices. You'll lead end-to-end implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship at a senior level. With a strong focus on scalability, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and help drive continuous improvement across projects.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Deliver cloud-native solutions using AWS, DevOps, and modern engineering tools
  • Build and manage scalable, serverless infrastructure with IaC and Kubernetes
  • Drive Agile practices and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning

Experience required:

  • Expertise with a major cloud platform (preferably AWS) and cloud-native development
  • Skilled in Kubernetes and managing large-scale containerised applications
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Application development experience in languages such as Java, Go, or Python
  • Strong DevOps mindset with hands-on experience in CI/CD, GitOps, and Agile practices
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Committed to continuous learning, with AWS certification encouraged and supported
