Your new companyYou'll be joining a well-established and customer-focused organisation committed to delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across the South West. With a strong reputation in the social housing sector, the company values professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service. Your new roleAs a Multi-Skilled Plasterer, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of empty home repairs. Your primary trade will be plastering, but you'll also carry out general multi-skilled tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, and joinery. This is a full-time role (39 hours per week) with a temp-to-perm contract, and includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification
  • Proven experience in plastering and multi-trade work (plumbing, tiling, joinery, mould treatment, flooring)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Basic DBS check
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment, ideally within social housing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
