Planner (Part-Time or Full-Time) – Flexible Role with a Great Team Culture

Location: Office-based (Flexible hours – Part-Time or Full-Time available)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Planner to join our team. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work part-time or full-time.

As a Planner, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling, quoting, and administration of our services for two major clients. You will ensure smooth access to sites and the accurate production of reports and certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring access for engineers.
  • Generate and manage quotes for services.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of reports and certificates.
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and our Dynamics database (training provided).
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with service standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general IT skills.
  • Experience with planning, scheduling, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
  • PRINCE2 qualification (advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
