This award winning company specialise in the supply, design and installation of Solar PV and other renewable systems to commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. They have built a strong reputation in the sector through their strong industry knowledge and delivery of high quality installations across the UK built. As a result, they now wish to appoint a passionate Post-Installation Manager to enhance their service offering and continue on the upward trajectory.
In this role, you manage all post-installation activities and launch the O&M fuction for the full portfolio of Commercial Solar PV projects. You will also act as the primary client contact to manage customer satisfaction, develop strategies for improvement and collaborate internally to continually enhance the service offering.
This role would suit an O&M engineer or manager with experience working on commercial scale Solar PV systems. You will have strong problem-solving skills, good commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Role:
- Manage all post-installation Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for full portfolio of Commercial Solar PV projects
- Act as the primary client contact, managing customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes
- Drive quality and process improvements by liaising with suppliers and internal teams to address recurring issues
- Develop and launch the company's full O&M service offering, while monitoring departmental performance against KPIs
- Predominantly office based with site visits
The Person:
- Proven background in electrical operations and maintenance
- Experience within the commercial scale solar PV sector
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexible to travel to sites nationwide when required
