We are currently partnered with a growing Domiciliary Care company that has been expanding across the Gloucestershire and South West region. The company has been operating since 2021 and0 is locally owned and an independent provider of care that provides a high level of service to the community.

Highlights:

• As a domiciliary carer you will have a large degree of flexibility regarding your working pattern - only taking on the shifts that you can fit around your current commitments
• There are also options to take on more consistent shifts which can provide consistent and stable work
• The post will see you work with a wide range of service users giving you the opportunity to improve your experience and increase employabiltiy
• Service users will generally be based in the Gloucester region

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care worker to take on a role which offers both flexibility and stability whilst working for a successful and growing organisation all of which contributes to job stability and security in a very competitive space. The organisation is a locally owned and independent provider of care to the local community and provides a high level of service to all its service users.

The majority of service users that you will be working with will be adults that will have a range of needs ranging from low to high needs so you will get experience of working with a broad range of people which can lead to improved career prospects for the future
