Recruitment CoordinatorHybrid with 3 days onsite in Cheltenham

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of recruitment processes and enhancing the customer experience for clients, candidates, workers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional candidate care, support induction and onboarding processes, and resolve queries promptly.
  • Ensure candidates move through the recruitment process smoothly, update systems, and manage daily administrative duties.
  • Arrange candidate interviews, support assessment centres, and produce recruitment reports.
  • Provide personalized service for new joiners, arrange start dates, and ensure necessary equipment is available.
  • Manage the offboarding process, finalise contract administration, and update systems.
  • Support the customer's vetting team with security reviews and clearance prioritisation.
  • Coordinate performance surveys and support scheduling performance reviews.*
  • Coordinate contract renewals and maintain trackers.

About You:We need a proactive and professional coordinator who can build relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, workers and clients). You will need to be highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience (particularly Excel), with experience of working in a busy recruitment environment.Why should you join #TeamGuidant
