Must Have’s

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry (broking or sales)
  • Understanding of general and legal principles of insurance
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage your own diary and workload effectively
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

Nice to have’s

  • Knowledge of Education Insurance (broker or insurer environment)
  • Cert CII qualification
  • Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline reporting
  • Previous conference or networking experience

So what will you be doing?

  • Prospecting and securing new clients of all sizes
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Delivering tailored insurance solutions to schools via phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Attending key industry conferences to generate new leads
  • Producing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining CRM records
  • Working with service and renewal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding
  • Cross-selling and referring opportunities to other departments
  • Supporting key partner relationships and contributing to team goals
