Must Have’s

  • Previous experience in general insurance
  • Strong leadership or supervisory background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a team
  • Comfortable preparing and presenting performance reports to senior leaders

Nice to Have’s

  • Cert CII qualified or commitment to complete within a set timeframe

  • Confident numeracy skills and commercial acumen

So, what will you be doing?

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the team
  • Collaborating with leadership and other business units on growth strategy
  • Supporting team development through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Planning, implementing and tracking objectives across the team
  • Monitoring team performance, adapting operations as needed to meet targets
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and identifying potential risks
