We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our clients Operations Team in Cheltenham.
 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a supportive team helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Creating documents using templates and information from our systems.
- Entering and updating data accurately into our systems.
- Organising files and emails, making sure everything is in the right place and urgent matters are flagged.
- Helping with insurance processes like claims, payments, and document checks.

 What We’re Looking For
You don’t need office experience, but we’d love to see:
- A solid understanding of insurance principles, Working knowledge of the London Market and how it operates is considered advantageousÂ
- GCSE Grade 5 (B) or above in Maths and English
- Good attention to detail and the ability to spot important information.
- Confidence using a computer and learning new systems.
- A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to ask questions.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
