Must Haves

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong academic background, ideally with good grades (A*-C/9-4) in GCSE Maths and English, and/or A-Levels or a degree.

Ability to analyse information and problem solve

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance sector

Nice to haves

Understanding of the general principles of insurance

Positive, proactive attitude

Previous experience working with data or administration (even informal experience)

Creating documentation and gathering key information from files

Accurately entering, amending, and updating data on relevant systems

Responding to client and internal inquiries professionally

Reconciling and allocating payments to the correct records

Preparing reports and processing insurance premiums

Quality checking documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
