Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver day-to-day Health & Safety support across the business

  • Be the first point of contact for H&S queries – providing accurate guidance and directing colleagues to the right policies or teams

  • Promote a positive H&S culture and support compliance initiatives across the organisation

  • Collaborate with the Senior HSEQ Advisor to manage both planned and reactive health and safety activities

  • Contribute to regular reporting and planning cycles (weekly, monthly, annually)

  • Support internal initiatives to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members

  • Ensure high standards of internal service when supporting colleagues and teams

Skills & Attributes:
  • Experience in at least one HSEQ discipline (Health & Safety, Environment, or Quality)

  • Holding or working towards a recognised Health & Safety qualification

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

  • A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude

  • Full, valid UK driving licence required
