Graduate Town Planner - Cheltenham
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: 24,000 - 28,000 (DOE) + Benefits

Are you a recent graduate in Town Planning or a related discipline, looking to kick-start your career with a highly regarded planning consultancy in the heart of Cheltenham?

I'm working closely with a well-established, independent planning practice known for its strong client relationships and successful track record across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where your development will be a priority from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting senior planners with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
Conducting research and site appraisals
Engaging with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
Preparing planning statements and reports
Attending site visits and contributing to planning meetings

What We're Looking For:

A degree (or postgrad) in Town Planning or a related RTPI-accredited discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A full UK driving licence is preferred
