Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

As a Senior Planner, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, leading projects, and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of planning applications and appeals

  • Provide expert planning advice to a varied client base

  • Lead on pre-application and planning strategy work

  • Prepare and submit planning documentation and written representations

  • Engage with local authorities and stakeholders

  • Support Directors on strategic land and major developments



About you:

  • MRTPI qualified (or working toward it with significant experience)

  • Proven track record of managing planning applications across sectors

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage clients and projects independently

  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
