New Vacancy | Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer | £40k+ | Cheltenham | HybridAre you an experienced residential property lawyer ready for your next challenge?Looking to speak with good calibre candidates interested in working on a high-quality caseload in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.You will advise clients on all aspects of residential property law, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages, taking the lead on managing files from instruction to post-completion, including title investigations, drafting contracts, and handling exchanges and completions. Strong experience in residential property law is what you'll need! You'll enjoy flexibility in working arrangements allowing a balance of professional and personal life.
