We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential Property Lawyer for a highly regarded full service Law firm in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a varied caseload in residential property transactions and will be able to provide expert legal advice to clients at every stage of the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and transfers of ownership.

- Provide expert legal advice to clients ensuring they are well-informed throughout the property transaction process.

- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

- Conduct property searches and surveys to uncover any issues related to the property.

- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth progression of transactions.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to residential property.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout each transaction.

- Stay updated on changes in property law and offer training and support to junior staff where required.

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property law.

- Strong knowledge of property legislation and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

- Ability to manage competing deadlines and high volumes of work effectively.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

- Proficient in using legal software and related technology.
