Your role will include:
- Supporting residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers
- Managing your own conveyancing caseload under supervision
- Drafting conveyancing contracts, legal documents, and client correspondence
- Conducting property searches and title checks
- Liaising with clients, agents, and mortgage lenders
- Preparing for exchange and completion
- Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
- Ensuring compliance and excellent client service
