Your role will include:

  • Supporting residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers
  • Managing your own conveyancing caseload under supervision
  • Drafting conveyancing contracts, legal documents, and client correspondence
  • Conducting property searches and title checks
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and mortgage lenders
  • Preparing for exchange and completion
  • Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
  • Ensuring compliance and excellent client service
